Monit: how can I force a script to run as root

I am monitoring modifications to /var/dhcpd/etc/dhcpd.conf which is owned by the user dhcpd (uid=136).
When that file changes I would like to run a script as root. However, it seems that the script is running as dhcpd which is not what I want and does not work
How can I configure monit to run this script as root?
