Virtual IP?

I have a remote network with OPNsense 23.7, behind the LAN I had some remote hands install some devices that I pre-configured and shipped to them. Unfortunately, my remote hands are gone, and left before I was able to test connectivity to the devices. I can't connect to them. I'm able to connect to other devices on the network that were already installed; I connect via a wireguard VPN.
It took me 2 days to realize what was wrong. When I pre-configured the devices, I set the wrong gateway IP. The LAN IP of my OPNsense instance is 10.*.0.254, and I set these new devices gateway IP to 10.*.0.1.
As this network is remote and currently physically inaccessible, I don't want to break anything and lose connectivity - hence my post here.
Question:
If I added a virtual IP on the LAN network in OPNsense and added the 10.*.0.1 IP as a virtual IP on the LAN interface - Would this allow the devices to connect and me be able to access them so I can modify the network configuration on them? Or any other thoughts on how I can gain remote access to the devices that have the wrong gateway IP so I can fix their gateway setting?
