Why is it not possible to change / modify / delete auto rules with GUI ?

also the auto rule can set paramaters that i am not able to set if i try to rebuild the rule by hand.

You can disable a couple of rules in Firewall : Settings: Advanced or directly at the Services itself (IPsec, Kea, etc.)
