What is the best way to get block notifications sent to my email or to my phone via SMS?

My suggestion;

1 - Zenarmor - Settings - Scheduled Reports -
You can receive e-mail notifications with Scheduled Reports.

2 - With the API, you can collect log and traffic information on your own, process the data with any application you want, and complete the e-mail or SMS integration on your own.
