General Query re Update and is it Safe

Hi Guys
I always take the stand and wait when new update popup to let let more knowledgeable  users test it out.
I am currently set on this

Are there any known issues i need to be wary of or should i hold back a little longer ?

The business version is still on a 23.x and from what I've read won't be upgraded until 24.4. Take that for what it is.
