Disabled the anti lock out rule for a dumb reason and am now completely locked out. Cannot even get a login prompt with a display an keyboard directly connected. What do?

Either enable the anti-lockout again or create a rule for HTTP/HTTPs and SSH.
If you check the tooltip on the anti-lockout rule in OPN it will tell you what it allows and what will be disabled if you disable the rule.
Personally I dont use it, cause it will be installed on my WG interface (due to the fact it has lower optX number as I use VLANs which were created later than WG). Thus have manual rules for HTTPs to access GUI and SSH to access CLI.

S.
