Clean install of 24.1 can't update

Hey, update seems broken both from the GUI and the CLI.

I get the changelog but the update doesn't launch.

Running in VirtualBox, setup went cleanly with no issues and it works just fine, I just need the newset version to install the virtualbox plugin.

Reinstalling solved it.
