[Bug] High Availability

Version affected: 24.1 (migration from 23.7)

In the high availability settings, we do not check all services in "Services to synchronize (XMLRPC Sync)".
But since the migration to 24.1, synchronization takes over all services, including those unchecked.
We saved the settings page again to apply a potential misconfiguration, this did not resolve the issue.

So for now, we're turning off auto-sync from crontab.
