I can't ping from cmd, but i can open web interface. What's happened? Firewall?

i can't ping the IP ethernet opnsense from command prompt, but i can access landing page web interfaces. Is that a firewall or block private network? Please help :D

No enough info. Ping from where to which interface? How is the opnsense box connected to where?
