Upgrade to version 23.7.12 failed

Hello,

 I was carrying out the update process from version 23.7.8 to 23.7.12, but it started generating some alerts and now the interfaces do not go up. I only have access via console, the first message is this:

"fatal error: uncaught typeerror: stream_get_contents(): argument #1 ($stream) must be of type resource, null given in", the rest are attached.

I carried out the process via a graphical interface.

Could you help me please?

Your fastest way out of this is to reinstall and import the configuration either during the installation or after

I had to reinstall because without the network interfaces other processes failed
