How can you block this exact website address?
https://www.domain.com/invoices.aspx?id=9
I've been working on this for two hours and no solution works......
Please give me some advice on how to solve this....

A network firewall fundamentally cannot do this. A proxy can - are you using one? Zenarmor might also work.
OPNsense without additional modules never sees that request in full. You can block the domain name at best.

I know this, I have WebProxi configured in OPNsense. There is a BlackList field in the Access Control List where you can block a specific domain as well as use regular expressions, but it doesn't work....
