Questions about OpenVPN

Hi all,
I've setup an OpenVPN server on my OPNsense. Before, I had an other subnet for my OPNsense and changed yesterday to another one. Now, in the OpenVPN server config, there is still a "push route" to the old subnet.
I've searched everywhere, if there is somewhere still set the old subnet, but I haven't found anything. Also if I try to manually edit the server configuration, it is overwritten after a restart of OpenVPN server.
Does anybody knows, where it takes the subnet informations to create the "push route" options in the server config ?
I think, I've missed to configure the new subnet somewhere.
Also, I've enabled, that all traffic is passing throught the tunnel, but if I'm at my grandparents house and have enabled the VPN, I can' reach their printer in their local network from my phone.
Which route do I have to include in the client config, that the local subnet 192.168.180.0/24 is reachable from my phone to print something out, but all other and internet traffic is passing throught the tunnel ?
Thank you for your help !
Best regards,
balombi
