haproxy wont autostart

After restarting the opnsense, HAproxy must be started manually by hand. The service does not start itself.

OPNsense 23.7.6-amd64
FreeBSD 13.2-RELEASE-p3
OpenSSL 1.1.1w 11 Sep 2023
I want all services to run with wirespeed and therefore run this dedicated hardware configuration. Suricata is very demanding.

Intel XL710-BM1
Intel i350-T4
2x SSD with ZFS mirror

Virtual IPs not available yet? That's the usual issue.
