Seeking Help with Persistent Connectivity Issues in Multi-Single-WAN Setup

Hi everyone,
I am encountering a persistent issue with my network setup and am at a loss for what further steps to take. I would greatly appreciate any insights or suggestions you might have.
Here is a description of my current setup:
WAN: a0:36:9f:8a:7d:27 - Intel Corporate - igb3
LAN: a0:36:9f:8a:7d:26 - Intel Corporate - igb2
WAN2: 3a:1f:47:3b:d8:a4 - Bridge to igb3 (utilized to acquire an additional public IP via DHCP)
WAN6: a0:36:9f:8a:7d:24 - Intel Corporate - igb0
Note: I previously had a WAN4 configured on igb1 with similar issues. I mention this to clarify that I am confident the problem is not related to internet connectivity or the NIC itself.
The core issue is that I am unable to maintain a stable internet connection on any interface other than "WAN" or "WAN2" (the bridge). Approximately every 36 hours, the connection ceases to function, requiring me to disable and then re-enable the interface to restore connectivity.
Initially, the setup was on a Realtek NIC, leading me to suspect potential driver-related issues. However, after transitioning to an Intel NIC, the problems persisted.
I have attempted configurations with both outbound NAT and firewall rules, but the issue remains unresolved in both scenarios.
Additionally, I observed that disabling MAC spoofing did not revert the MAC address to its original state. Consequently, two WAN interfaces shared the same MAC address, and outgoing traffic was only displayed on one of the interfaces, regardless of the public IP origin.
I also considered the possibility of DHCP issues with the ISP, but the timing of the connection failures does not align with lease renewal times. Moreover, I have thoroughly reviewed the logs, but no entries are generated when the connection drops.
I am open to any ideas or suggestions you might have to help resolve this issue. If there is additional information that would be helpful, please let me know, and I will provide it promptly.
Thank you in advance for your time and assistance.
Best regards,
Joaquin Varela.
