OPNsense on VM - Lower download speed on Windows hosts or WiFi

Hello there,
New poster here. First thing first what I have here is Intel NUC mini PC with 1 built-in 1Gbit port (e1000e) and additional USB LAN Adapter with RTL8153 chipset. This PC is running Proxmox virtualization (7.4.3) with 3 linux machines and recently made OPNsense VM created from iso. Everything went smooth except that Im not reaching my full throughput that ISP provides. This thing is happening on Windows hosts connected via cable or wifi doesnt really matter. One weird thing is that when I make a speedtest on Linux machine (Debian) inside the proxmox Im reaching full throughput which is 200-250mb/s.
E1000E Card - LAN
RTL8153 - WAN
2x - 1Gbit Dumb TP-LINK switches
Screen from Windows HOST speedtest
Screen from Debian VM speedtest
Any idea how can I solve this issue to make it work as it should on all systems?
