Captive portal problem

The Allowed addresses list is being ignored, it was working fine and ever since a recent update (not sure which) it stopped working, so we had to disable the captive portal in the meantime as it asks ALL clients to login (even if their source address is listed in the allowed addresses list), please check

we still have this problem... is this the right way to submit issues?

the issue is now resolved, SQLite database got corrupted
