Not supported at the moment.

My home network is lacking static IPv6 so I assigned an ULA alias to my DNS server and set DHCPv6/RADVD to hand-out that ULA.
I don't like using ULA but this is the only solution I can think of.

Unless you're on an IPv6 only setup there would be no need really for a NS, not to mention the whole premise of a dynamic NS is a it odd...

There is indeed. Use SLAAC and run RADVD on OPNsense to advertise DG and DNS to dynamic clients.
