Rebuild failed disk

Hi,
I have an opnsense installation with two disks and zfs raid.
One disk broke and I am not able to rebuild it.
It has four partitions (I am using uefi).
I have tried to rebuild partitions following other forum threads but the disks still not boot, probably because boot sector is missing.
Have you a detailed guide to rebuild? It seems very important to me because you do raid because disks break, and when they do you need to replace them quickly.
Proxmox, for example, has built a script that rebuilds the disk structure when you replace a disk.
Thanks in advance for any help.

Two disks raid I assume you mean in mirror? If yes, then when one disk failed, the other would have been intact and continue working, allowing you to replace the failed one. There would have been no need to "reuild it" (the mirror that is, manually. ZFS replace is pretty much all that is to it) . So that means no need to rebuild partitions.
In short, it is unclear the setup you had and what you have done since.
results of "$ gpart show" please?

Did you mirror them before the storage got broken? If yes, then the other disk which you used for mirroring should have all your data and you can easily be restored. Simply take the broken storage out and place the second storage in its place and then add another storage of same size (where second storage was earlier) and you can rebuild the RAID.
