Can't Ping LAN After Migration to New PC

Hi, I am not very experienced with OPNSense, but I had a configuration that was relatively stable which I backed up to a file. I then moved the two dual-NIC PCIe cards to the new PC, and installed OPNSense. I accessed the web console and loaded my config file. After a reboot, I tested the interfaces by plugging and unplugging each one, and they do appear to be numbered the same as before (igb0 is LAN). The problem is that I cannot ping the LAN gateway from a laptop plugged into it. I cannot reach the web console either. I can't ping the laptop from the shell. It's acting like my laptop isn't connected, but if I unplug my laptop I see the link state of igb0 change, and I checked the IP of igb0 and it's the same as it was on the old system. Any idea what can cause this?

I'm not sure how to delete this, but it's resolved.
