System Update failure: SQLiute error

I went to update opnsense and this is what I was met with. Any guidance  would be appreciated

use opnsense-bootstrap when the package data base is malformed:

# opnsense-bootstrap

(all your settings will be retained, plugins must be resynced to work again but no big deal)
