update OPNsense to Vers. 23.1_6-amd64 _ internet connection failed

Hello all,
after the update OPNsense to Vers. 23.1_6-amd64 my internet connection failed.
If I interpret the current info correctly it is due to OpenSSL among other things:

Does anyone have the same problem and a workable solution? Thanks & greetings

reset to vers. 22.7 also does not work ->
 # opnsense-update -kr 22.7
Fetching kernel-22.7-amd64.txz: ...............................[fetch: transfer timed out] failed, no signature found
