opensense block http traffic and Proxy Server is down...

Hi anyone can help me ??  for no reason, the opnsense blocks http traffic (only https is available) and the proxy server is down.  I tried to restart from the dashboard and from the proxy server administration and nothing happens.

This looks like the proxy server is not running - can you try to run "squid -k parse" on the shell to see if there are errors in the configuration file.
