Upgrade from 22.1 to 22.7.8

How to upgrade to a specific minor release from 22.1 to exactly 22.7.8?

I‘d like to prevent to upgrade to the newest version (22.7.10) because of some issues described earlier in this forum.

In case someone else is seeking for a solution in the future:

Goto Console, hit 12 and confirm with "22.7". This upgrades to 22.7_4 (smallest 22.7 version).
Goto webinterface, System > Firmware > Settings. On "Flavour" enter 22.7/MINT/22.7.8/OpenSSL
Make the regular update through Webinterface
