Maybe this is the wrong section. Whats the cheapest reliable hardware I may use for mu opensense router?

Are there better alternatives for ufw killswitchs etc?

This heavily depends on to name just a few:

• how many interfaces you need
• what interface speed you need
• your uplink speed
• your connection type (DHCP, static, PPPoE, ...)
• what services you want to run on your OPNsense
• space and power constraints
• new or used
• spare parts available
• ...

spare parts available (very old spare parts, 10-11 old hardware, good for FreeBSD or OpenBSD Xfce)

iam not an expert. But i read a lot of very good reviews at the "APU2E4". It is a very low Power consumption device with 3 Intel NICs built in.

=> It should handle 100Mbit/s if you are not using IDS or something else.

That's my best bet. but its very expensive. Considering 1y warranty I wouldn't use it in a missile..

What? APU devices are not expensive. If I would buy anything from that platform I'd go for an APU4D4 which has some life expectancy for the future. With 4G of memory you can even run ZFS on a 32G or 120G SSD. And the board comes at around 210 € ... that's cheap.

Maybe you're right. But the rpi comes with 8GB of memory under 100€. Would it work for the same purpose?

No. AMD support is highly experimental, you need two network interfaces unless you trunk to a switch, realtek network and UsB network is not well supported. You should look for a system with Intel or Broadcom network interfaces, possibly used if you want to spend significantly less than for an APU device.
