Hi, i have the 1.4.1 of plugin crowdsec. Now if i list collection with the cscli command i read this:
WARN[27-11-2022 02:49:45 PM] Crowdsec is not the latest version. Current version is 'v1.4.1' and the latest stable version is 'v1.4.2'. Please update it!
WARN[27-11-2022 02:49:45 PM] As a result, you will not be able to use parsers/scenarios/collections added to Crowdsec Hub after CrowdSec v1.4.2

How to update crowdsec ?

Hi!

While Linux and Windows versions are released automatically, the FreeBSD one must follow a separate review/approval process (it's an official distribution package), so it lags a few days to get to the freebsd ports + a few days to land in the opnsense repository.

See the related ticket at https://bugs.freebsd.org/bugzilla/show_bug.cgi?id=267808
and the package status page at https://www.freshports.org/security/crowdsec

If you need it now, I can send you a binary for testing.

Hello!

I am interested in the same question.
The current version is "v1.4.1" and the latest stable version is "v1.4.3". How to update Crowdsec?

Wait until a new version of the plugin is published.

Anyone aware of current delay?

https://www.freshports.org/security/crowdsec shows 1.4.3_3 done few days ago, but that's still nowhere near the 1.4.6 required to add collections......
Unit: Protectli VP2410
CPU: Intel CeleronĀ® J4125 Quad Core at 2 GHz (Burst up to 2.7 GHz)
RAM: 16GB DDR4
SSD: 256GB M.2 SATA

Broadband: Virgin Media VOLT
Down: 1.2Gbps
Up: 55Mbps

I noticed that crowdsec recently updated, but it's still not the latest version.

Every time I reboot opnsense, I have to manually start crowdsec. Anyone else experience this?

I've put the question in their discord channel. Hopefully we'll get an answer here or there.
