Renew Remote User VPN SSL Certificates from script

I want to renew all of my users certificates every 90 days and want this to be done from a script instead of going through the GUI. I'd like to renew the certificates via a lookup of a .csv file with all the usernames of the accounts that will need the certificates renewing and then to create a new certificate with the config of currently used SSL certs. Something that I can simply just run every 90 days and then can send to the users to use to authenticate to VPN into the site. Ideally I'd like to be able to also export this straight the way from this script as well but if not do-able then happy to just manually export them via the GUI.
