Some traffic is blocked after being connected for ~5 minutes

Please let me know if this is the wrong place.
I just installed OPNSense a couple of days ago and having issues with some of the traffic on my network.
The two devices I mainly see this on are my phone and my Google Home devices. When I originally connect the device onto the network, everything will function exactly as I would expect it to. Roughly 5 minutes later, the same functionality is no longer present.
For instance: At boot, asking "Hey Google, what time is it?", I will get the response "It is 6:16PM". Five minutes later, ask "Hey Google, what time is it?" and it will respond "Hmm, something went wrong. Please try again in a few seconds". All subsequent asking for the time will result in something wrong.
This is almost 100% just an out of the box experience, but used
https://homenetworkguy.com/how-to/configure-dns-opnsense-pihole/
to get my PiHole up and running, and have two rules to get a webserver and plex hosted for remote connection.
Thank you so much for your time and help.

Its blocking googleusercontent which is tracking you and your voice and everything thats happening around you in the room.
According to GDPR, its illegal to use and it could be the reaon why it gets blocked over time.
