Captive portal not working on vlan interface

Hi, i´m having a problem in which the captive portal doesn´t load the login page and stays stuck in msftconnecttest.com/redirect only when i configure it on a vlan interface.

When i configure it with a physical interface it works normally, but when i create a vlan below that same interface and configure it all the same, it wont load the login page of the portal.

When im as a client in the vlan network with dhcp and turn off the captive portal i can access the internet normally,
but when i turn it on it gets stuck trying to open the captive portal login.
