Stuck upgrade

Howdy,
Currently running 22.7.4.  Attempting to upgrade to 22.7.6 but it always stalls.

I ran a Health check and it stalls here:

Checking packages: ..
ca_root_nss-3.81 version mismatch, expected 3.83
Checking packages: ...

This process never ends (at least after a few hours).  A reboot stops this process.

I have rebooted and retried a couple times.
I have reinstalled 22.7.3 base.
I attempted to reinstall ca_root_nss but it gets stalled after it says downloading.
I tried upgrading from the CLI menu option.  It just sits there.

The only plugins I have installed are os-upnp and os-vmware.

Any ideas on how to proceed?

Wow.  I left it for 4+ hours and the actual Health analyzer is actually running, just stupidly slow.

Also having this issue.  Whether running an audit, or trying to upgrade -- indefinite hang.  The health check seems to make progress, but after 12+ hrs, it's still not done.

Definitely something broken here.

I left my upgrade running for over 24 hours and it finally finished.  It said 22.7.6, though there were two base (?) files left.
I told it to go on those.  About 8 hours later it applied those and rebooted.
Looks to be normal now.  Not sure what was going on.

Health check is still much slower than it used to be (hours).

After many attempts, I managed to re-install the "base" package.  I can now at least get to the point where the updater gives me the option to proceed with the update; previously it would stall and never even show me the release notes popup.  Now it seems to be stalling downloading packages, but I'll just leave it alone for a while and hope it makes it through if I'm patient.

Kinda weird to have these issues after smooth sailing for so long.
