After a blackout, two of my interfaces cant communicate between each other

So not long ago, My house had a blackout. After the blackout and all systems were restored, but I realized my servers were not able to access my Synology NAS. I did an iperf3 test with my NAS as the server and I'm getting 0 bytes connection between these 2 but I'm able to ping each other.
Took a look at the firewall to see if there was any blockage, and at first, I noticed that my 'server vlan' had a default deny rule between the 2 systems. After adding more rules to both the 'server vlan' and 'storage vlan,' i don't see any more blocked connections but I'm still getting 0 bytes on iperf3 and I'm unable to have a stable connection with my NAS (keeps hanging). I was wondering how I'm able to further diagnose this. (outside of the server vlan, my windows PC has no problem accessing the rest of the network)

Doing more tests and ran 2 vms in my Synology, one setup in my server vlan (vlan 40) and the other in my storage vlan (vlan 15).

It seems like it's just the Synology host that cant be connected to any of the hosts on the server vlan (vlan 40) for some reason.
I did some googling and all i had to do was check the box with "enable multiple gateways" under "advanced settings" on the synology network settings
