A web proxy is blocking some "good" sites

After February 24, some popular sites (microsoft.com, windowsupdate.com, etc.) suddenly became unavailable. The problem concerns more and more sites. There is no error message. Only "timeout" appears. There is no information in the logs either. It looks like these sites are indeed inaccessible, but all I have to do is add them to the list of "unrectricted sites" and I have a problem with nothing.

What is it about? Does the web proxy use some kind of public blacklist that somebody hacks?

I also have the "intrusion detection" service running, but there is nothing in the logs either...

we have the same situation here some websites like google, bing, wikipedia.... don't load anymore !
If we deactivate the UT1 blacklist, everything is fine.
Like Pawel we are adding the sites to the white list but it's not quick and users are screaming...

Has someone resolved this ?

Just use proxy sites to access it anonymizes your IP thus giving access to regional blocked web sites.
