DNS Timeouts limited to one device

Currently running 22.1.8_1-amd64 with unbound and has been running great. Except for my laptop, I am getting intermittent DNS timeouts, especially from Terraform with errors such as

dial tcp: lookup sts.us-east-1.amazonaws.com on 172.17.10.1:53: read udp 172.17.10.11:0->172.17.10.1:53: i/o timeout.
Rerunning the command/script will resolve the problem. I can't reproduce this on other machines on the network.

This particular machine has Cisco Umbrella running on it for DNS filtering and I strongly suspect this is my problem. Any pointers on debugging / troubleshooting this on the opnsense side to help isolate the problem with IT?
