unbound blocklist packages downloading more blocklists than I choose

New user here. I am running 22.1.8 (completely up to date, new install) natively on a Dell R320 server for production.  When I try to use unbound, even if I only choose "Blocklist.site Porn" it is downloading more blocklists because it's also blocking my outlook.live.com and my Office365 outlook webpages. 

For testing, we tried loading a VM with 22.1.8 and if we only loaded 3-4 blocklists it didn't block the webmail but if we downloaded roughly 7 or more it seemed to download everything.  My production machine seems to get everything all the time for some reason.

Does anyone know the cause of this or how to fix it?

Have you noticed if it also blocks access to Microsoft time server and all updates from system to antivirus?

I don't believe so.  I think it's only blocking webmail but I'm not sure as we turned off the blocklisting since many of my users, including me, use webmail.
