Does not accept WAN network

Good afternoon!
I deployed OPNsense the scheme is as follows
OPNsense looks at the WAN in the local network Loc1.
Inet---Mikrotik---Loc1(192.168.6.0/24)---OPNsense---Loc2(192.168.100.0/24)---PC
So here's the situation: it is impossible to get into the OPNsense admin panel from the Loc1 network and the runs in Loc2 do not work.
From the Internet (VPN and forward on mikrotik) - everything works.
"Block private networks" - removed, "Block bogon networks" - removed.
The feeling that the firewall is blocking the network 192.168.6.0/24 what, how and why? I can't find it.
What should I do to make OPNsense start accepting the 192.168.6.0/24 network?

Did
Firewall-WAN- Allow Any to Any

If you turn off the firewall service, then let in

Now this is the rule. But in order to control the router, I have to go to another network...
