vlan's not active after upgrade to 22.1.4

Just upgraded to 22.1.4 and no vlan interfaces are active.

LAN (vtnet1)    -> v4: 172.31.1.1/24
WAN (vtnet0)    -> v4/DHCP4: x.x.x.x/23
vlan20trusted (vtnet1_vlan20) ->
vlan30iot (vtnet1_vlan30) ->
vlan40kids (vtnet1_vlan40) ->
vlan50wireguard (wg0) -> v4: 172.31.5.1/24
vlan60echo (vtnet1_vlan60) ->
