Squid not start on clean install

Hello.
Clean install 22.1 in new Hyper-v VM
Default user\pass
default install
Can't start squid - squid.pid no such file or directory
in Proxy interface settings - only loopback.

help newbie please

You need to assign a static interface first in order to run the proxy on it.
