Speeds getting slower when I open the traffic dashboard

Thanks for confirming its still an issue with passthrough Poli.

I might get a chance to see if a standard install of FreeBSD as a guest on Proxmox has the same issue.

Can anyone confirm what the closest version of FreeBSD would be.
Is it currently 12.1 ?

I was running ver 7.0 of Proxmox and 21.6.x of OPNsense. Was using vtnet and was getting Gigabit through unless I opened traffic graphs.
This was an awesome setup as I could live migrate OPNsense with no disruption.

I just ran up a Proxmox VM of FreeBSD 12.2 and an instance of iftop.
Running iperf3 between two guests on the same host and virtual switch

I get ~5Gbit throughput (Half of the capability of the 10GbE link?)
iftop gets up to ~30% CPU (Same as with OPNsense)
iperf3 gets up to ~50% CPU

Supporting hardware was the same as what I provided to OPNsense.

Just did the same with a VM of HardenedBSD 12 Stable

Running iperf3 between two guests on the same host and virtual switch

I get ~5Gbit throughput
iftop gets up to ~99% CPU then seems to crash the VM

Supporting hardware was the same as what I provided to OPNsense.
