Sonar System Unicast to Multicast

Hi, I have a sonar system that can only deliver a unicast output. I need this data to be consumed by multiple parties. Is there anyway to convert the unicast data at a switch/router level? I would rather this than having to write an application to forward the data on to multiple parties.
