Installing on HP microserver G8 not booting (solved)

Hi, I decided to switch my install to a HP micro server G8, running 16gb ram, dual 500gb drives booting from the sata control with the internal raid controller turned off. I get the error when i try to boot from the DVD drive. I have not installed to the hard disk yet (need to boot from the install cd first). Any idea what this error is telling me?

ok fixed this. I had to go back to legacy mode drive setting in the bios. everything installed fine
