stop to create ipv6 GW on PPPOE connection

i have a real annoying problem.
opnsense is creating an ipv6 gw on any pppoe connection type.
there is no dhcpv6 running according to services,
i disabled it in the wan interface "none"
i disabled it in the lan interface "none"
i disabled it in firewall settings "allow ipv6"

but it is still creating this gateway without any real ipv6 address !

pfsense act like normal, if i want ipv6 it is using it on pppoe and creating a gw, if i disabled it, it is not creating a gw

i already tried to use ipv6, but it is also not getting any ipv6 address from provider... in pfsense it is no problem.
in my opinion this gw give me alot of trouble in my dualwan setup, which is also not working. in pfsense it is working fine with the same settings

what is wrong ? is this a bug?
