Upgrade to 21.7 with conversion to ZFS

Hi All,

I saw that 21.7 now supports setup of ZFS via the installer.
Do you think that I can reinstall with ZFS and later load my configuration backup ?

Do you see any issues ?

That's what I did and it seems to work fine. Just make sure you have the 21.7.1 install media, because of bugs in the original 21.7 release.

Just to be sure, I upgraded my UFS installation to 21.7.1 first, then did the reinstall to switch to ZFS with the 21.7.1 image, importing my config.

my drive crashed, with 20.1 backup only
so after, reinstall of 20.7 with zfs file system.
i loaded the backup, had no issues.
same hardware though (except for the new nvme drive)
