HaProxy Config is not applied on XMLRPC Sync

Hi,

we have to OpnSense HA configured. We use the HAProxy Plugin extensively.
If we make changes on the Primary OpnSense and then synchronize the config to the backup Opnsense, the changes are not applied on the secondary OpnSense. Instead the Config needs to be applied manually.
Is this the intended behavior?
