Port Scan on WAN

Hello everyone. Noob at OPNsense and could use some advice. I just did a nmap scan and shodan scan of my WAN IP. It came back with what looks like tons of open ports. I only have a couple of ports open really. 1 is a port forward for plex. The other is for a reverse proxy. Not sure if I should be concerned and if I messed up a rule, or is this normal?
