Guest Network with voucher is not working

Hi,
My opnsense:
OPNsense 21.1.7_1-amd64
FreeBSD 12.1-RELEASE-p18-HBSD
OpenSSL 1.1.1k 25 Mar 2021

I was installing the GuestNet by using the documentation:

DHCP service is running. Notebook is getting ip address.
No voucher portal is coming up, when I want to go to any site.

Attached you will find some settings from my network.
Any help would be great.
