Websockets and HAProxy

Now that the latest version of the HAProxy plugin supposedly supports websockets, how do I configure one of my sites to use it?
I've been told I need to enable for the path /api/ws but I don't know where this needs to go. Currently the webservice is a pretty standard one directing specific hostname to port 443 on the internal server.

I now have another backend service, Pi-KVM that is switching parts to use websockets so I'm slowly starting lose the ability to access things.
Is there anyone that can help? I can't ask the HAProxy devs directly as they simply point to their standard config which won't work for anything in OPNsense.
