Repeated crashes, non-functioning routing

I tried to install Opnsense 21 on an Intel CoreDuo on a P5Q motherboard, 4 GB RAM, 750 GB hard disk.
It's a new install. It crashes often, spewing out screen loads of errors. I can barely access the GUI, so I cannot send the error reports (if there is a command line to do it, I will do it).
WAN is ale0 (igb driver), while LAN and OPT1 are re0 and re1 (Realtek driver). I guess there is a problem with the Realtek driver. I tried compiling the Realtek driver from scratch, but it did not help me much.
It is just a test machine, it does not have AESNI, nor SHA crypto functions. I use an APU2 as a daily driver.
