Assistance with OpenVPN and locally hosted websites

Good Evening,

I have recently stood up an OPNsense box. So far so good. I have one lingering issue that I can’t seem to figure out. I host several websites (locally hosted and behind an nginx proxy), e.g. http or https://subdomain.domain.com. When I am on the local LAN, I am able to resolve them and they come up in a browser (NAT Reflection). They also resolve externally as well. However, when I vpn in via OPENVPN, the URLs do not come up. Browsing to them with the local IP does work.
