Add on packages and reporting issues

Does anyone else feel like while the core rooting functions are solid and reliable, the add on packages, reporting and someone's the UI are unstable?
I have a pretty basic setup and numerous times the insight traffic reporting will just stop collecting data.
I also had an issue were workers just decided it no longer wanted to work as well as a few other packages.
