I'm experiencing an inconsistency between tunable names and description on the main Tunables page and individual settings.
I reverted to the default tunables, but the inconstancies persist.
An example:

franco fixed the source code about 9 hours ago.
https://github.com/opnsense/core/commit/10646e04c65e7c88d432f8a5097f21a5e78e327b
usort was changed to uasort in system_advanced_sysctl.php. you can manually change the file on your system if you want.

Sorry, stupid bug on my end trying to improve UX for the page... We will fix it in 21.1.2.
Cheers,

I may be asking too much but would it be possible to display the list of Tunables a little differently?
Could all Tunables with default values be listed first (in sorted order)
then, Tunables with non-default values listed next (in sorted order) ?
I've adjusted a few values and added several Tunable variables in my attempts to maximize performance of my APU2.
Of course, my compliments on your outstanding work!
Thank you!
