GEOip issue when choosing two countries

Hi,

Got an issue when I choose Russie and Ukraine to block via GEOip, I get the following error (see attached).

I've narrowed it down to these two countries and when it bombs out with the error the entire list is ignored, maybe a parsing issue somewhere?

Just a feedback to you: I could not reproduce your error under 20.7.8-amd64. I removed all the countries that I had previously for Europe except the two you mentioned. The list with only these two entries was "accepted" in the system. Not very helpful for your situation, I understand fully, but nevertheless wanted to provide some feedback.

Thanks for testing it out... I've managed to create a workaround, I just created a second list with those two countries in it and created a second rule and associated it with that alias list, no error this time.

Hopefully that works.
